What is MitoFish?
MitoFish is a fish mitochondrial genome database sytem, allowing the user to know data availability of complete nucleotide sequence of mitochondrial genome of fishes. If you have nucleotide sequence data from fish mitochondrial genome, MitoFish also allows you to conduct BLAST homology search (sequence similarity search) of the nucleotide sequence against the fish complete or complete + partial mitochondrial genome databases.
